  • Fitness Focused: The heart of Rise & Roar lies in its fitness sessions. We offer workshops on fundamental techniques such as deadlifting and squatting, tailored for all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, you'll gain valuable knowledge and practice in a supportive environment.

  • Trauma-Informed Approach: Our event emphasizes a trauma-informed approach to fitness, ensuring that every participant feels safe, respected, and empowered. This session will help you understand how to incorporate mindful practices into your fitness routine, promoting holistic well-being.

  • Interactive Workshops: Our Mindset & Nutrition Workshop will provide practical tips on maintaining a balanced diet and a positive mindset, helping you to align your physical and mental health.
